Sync creator profiles into your CRM with an API

Update 100 creator records already saved in your CRM using the pk values returned by an earlier search. Fetch the stored directory record for each ID, then upsert your local copy.

The workflow

  1. Store the primary key from search

The profile route expects a numeric pk, not a username or social profile URL. Keep that ID alongside your CRM record. Do not probe arbitrary IDs.

  2. Read only the records you need

GET /v1/creators/{pk} returns one stored record. Cache responses for at least ten minutes as recommended by the profile documentation, and spread requests within your plan’s per-minute rate limit.

  3. Update fields without treating missing values as facts

Upsert by pk. Preserve the distinction between unknown and zero, and decide explicitly whether a missing email should replace a previously stored address. Handle 404 records and 429 rate limits separately.

Example request

cURL
curl --fail-with-body "https://api.ugcroster.com/v1/creators/YOUR_NUMERIC_PK" \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $ROSTER_API_KEY"

Set ROSTER_API_KEY in your environment. Keep the key on your server. Replace YOUR_NUMERIC_PK with an ID returned by search; repeat for each saved record.

Example request, not a live benchmark. A data key covers search and profile reads. Campaign writes require a Roster brand key.

Price the job before you build.

0 search requests × 10 credits + 100 profile reads × 1 credit = 100 credits.

Prepaid alternative: $0.5000 worth of credits for this request budget, purchased in packs starting at $25 for 5,000 credits. No monthly subscription; 60 requests/minute. Auto-reload is optional. This is credit consumption, not a per-call checkout.

*Monthly subscription price divided by included credits, multiplied by this job’s credits. These are illustrative allocations assuming full use of the allowance, not standalone pay-per-call checkout prices. You still pay the subscription. Extra purchased credits, tax and retries are excluded.
